Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on Customer data available.
• Responsible for closing deals on quotations sent and report on same.
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Developing leads and referrals from existing customers.
• Create a personal marketing plan.
• Awareness of product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Report on 5-10 customer calls details in weekly meetings.
• Share market intelligence with the Team.
• Sit in for a Team member who is out of the office.
• Updates in the ZYBO system for all quotations sent out (once access granted)

Qualification

• Deport operations know-how
• 1-3years of experience in a similar field.
• Deep knowledge and understanding in logistics-operations
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements

• Preparing inventory reports for all our principals.
• Guarantee extension and collection of detention charges.
• Following up on container refunds and ensuring all necessary documents are attached.
• Following up on container repairs with depot.
• Coordinating timely container release.
• Following up with KRA for railage of TBL shipments.
• Arrange transportation of empties from SGR yard to the nominated depot.
