Required Minimum Professional/Academic qualifications                                                         

Certificate in Customs Clearing and Forwarding./ DIploma in clearing and forward from a recognized institution                  

Updated on legal issues of importation and exportation

Training and certification in the Asycuda System and used the MRA ASYCUDA course for at least five years                            

At least five years’ experience in Customs declaration and valuation

          Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Clearing and forwarding or Logistics field

           Duties

• Ensuring Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date CRM and ensuring same is maintained efficiently.

• Coordinate and follow up with the EAF team on quotation requests from customers/agents and ensure the same is updated on CRM by respective Sales Rep.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, and scheduling internal meetings/events where necessary.
• Able to negotiate on pricing based on volume, consistency and regularity and nurture sales leads to secure business via quoting and follow-up.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries and services are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining online systems to maintain sales records via Climax, CRM and any other activities assigned in the team.
• Ensure adherence to all compliances, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards.
• Discipline on attendance as per office timings.
• Maintain contacts with Agents/Shipping/Airlines around the globe for competitive pricing and services.
