HR Policy

The HR Department shall prepare Human Resource Plans to support achievement of goals and objectives in their Strategic plans. The plans shall be based on comprehensive job analysis and shall be reviewed every year to address emerging issues, trends, and needs.

For any position to be filled, there must be a staff requisition form filled and must be authorized by the Managing Director. A JD is prepared and attached with the requisition form.

Sexual Harassment Policy

It is the persistent unwelcomed sexual advance, request for sexual favor, and other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature by a person in a position of authority. Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual’s employment and unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, humiliating or offensive working environment.

Whistleblower Policy

A Whistleblower Policy protects individuals who report illegal or unethical activities within an organization, ensuring their concerns are addressed and they are safe from retaliation.
